• Payment Providers

  At Contrado we have two payment providers: Worldpay and PayPal. These are the only payment systems we use.

  PaypalTransaction numbers are currently made of 17 digits only such as 45L000000Z0000000

  WorldpayTransaction numbers are currently made of 10 numbers only such as 3371000000

• How to Pay with PayPal?

  When you click on your basket you will have the yellow PayPal Checkout option. You will then be asked to login to PayPal or pay as a guest.

• My Debit / Credit Card is Not Working

  If the payment does not process, we advise you to check the following:

  • That your billing address is accurate
  • That your card is accepted on our page
  • That your bank allows you to make purchases online
  • That you need to inform your bank that you are making an online purchase
  • That you have the eligible funds for the payment
  If the payment continues to be denied you can try using your PayPal account.

• Funds Were Taken From My Account

  If your order has not been confirmed and you have received a billing email with transaction number, please provider us with your transaction number and pre-order number.

• PO Orders

  We accept PO orders. Please provide us, via chat or email, with the pre-order number (basket ID). We will then send you a Pro-Forma Invoice to arrange payment. Once you have paid, simply send us a payment confirmation.
